Redesign and ongoing development of an Indonesia-wide property portal: faster search, a new glass-style interface on desktop and mobile, an in-house advertising system and a full technical SEO clean-up.
The challenge
Agents and buyers were dealing with slow pages, a dated layout and listings that were hard to compare on a phone. Search engines were also seeing duplicate pages, missing sitemaps and conflicting SEO settings.
Our solution
We rebuilt the property search and listing pages around a clear filter column and comparison-friendly cards, redesigned the member dashboard for mobile, fixed the slowest admin and save operations, and built a downloadable-reports system. On the SEO side we consolidated plugins, rebuilt the sitemap, added structured data and cleaned up duplicates.
